Curriculum Vitae Christian Kahl studied business informatics at
the University of Duisburg-Essen in Essen (Germany) between 2002 and
2007. In his studies, his focus was on
electronic business and electronic
entrepreneurship, software technology and
development as well as web development and
marketing. Additionally, he worked at the IT
Department of ThyssenKrupp Steel, responsible
for a variety of projects, e.g. the design and
development of a web-based platform for
employees. In 2006 he was member of the research project "Kaleidoscope" at the University of Duisburg- Essen, on the visualization of service-oriented Architectures (SOA), which was also the topic of his diploma thesis ("Dynamic Visualization of Service-Oriented Architectures"). Since September 2007, he works as a research and teaching assistant at the Chair of Mobile Business and Multilateral Security at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt (Germany). He was active in the European research project PICOS as a member of the coordinator's team and researched various aspects of marketing in the context of (mobile) social networks (e.g. location -based advertising, viral marketing). His work is further concentrated on the marketing of digital music in social media, especially social networks, and the usage of viral marketing techniques. LinkedIn Profile |
